How this website handles information

Applications and member resources

Scholarship and Kappa League forms collect the information shown on each form, including contact details, school information, written responses, and acknowledgments. Canton-Madison (MS) Alumni Chapter uses this information to review applications and communicate about its programs. Application records are available to authorized officers. Member documents require sign-in; officer documents are restricted to officers.

Scholarship applications also collect transcripts and college acceptance letters for eligibility verification. These uploads are stored privately and are available only to authorized officers through the application review workspace.

Sign-in and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and document storage, Supabase for member email-code sign-in, and Brevo for application emails and community updates. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Member sign-in uses a session cookie.

Community updates

Newsletter signup collects your name, email address, and consent to receive chapter updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email.

Website analytics

Public pages use Google Analytics to measure page visits and link interactions. Analytics may use cookies and collect browser and device information. The member portal does not include the public-page analytics tag.

Payments and event registration

Dues links open Square or the national IHQ portal. Payment details are entered on those services, not on this website. Event registration links may open Partiful. Review the privacy information provided by those services when using them.
